Yeah, I do love what I do! But let’s get this straight- it can be frustrating, tiring, and down right stressful! We all face that, regardless of what position we hold in life. Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom or dad, a social media expert, a construction worker, or waiting tables to get through college (or those many life time restaurant peeps like I was)- we all know what it feels like to be at the end of your rope!
Instead of getting real ‘deep’ today, I just wanted to share a quirky bit of stress relief for those that might need it. It’s hump day- be sure to get to the top of that hump & maybe try to unwind at some point (especially if you’re only wishing it was already the weekend).
Here’s just one of my secrets..no, it won’t work for everyone, but give it a twist of your own if needed & take some ownership and know only you have the power to ddddd-stress! Take a 15 minute walk, do some funky stretches, stop and smell some flowers, or just stand a take some deep breaths and feel the wind in your hair! A little moment in time just may go a long way to getting you back in the saddle!
