Remembering Today…

For most of us, today is a Holiday, paid time off, vacation, time to relax and enjoy ones self.  Its a day we all plan our family BBQ’s, going to the beach, visiting friends and family from far and near.  So as we all sit back and enjoy some down time, let’s reflect the real reason for today.

For those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice, and given their lives for us to be free, and enjoy this time- we say- We remember you…

For those that are still serving, whether away or near- serving for us to be free, and enjoy security and peace- We thank you…

For all- We respect and honor the sacrifice and time you have devoted to keep us safe, give us peace, protecting us even when we are not aware, making sure that our children and family can go to work, and school, each day without the fears of being bombed or attacked, or persuaded for our beliefs, and our morals.  Being away and distant from your family and friends, putting your lives at risk day to day,  You are our real reason for today.  We pray for you, your safety, and your future dreams and goals.  We want you all to be back safe at home soon, enjoying this day like we all are able to do today.

As we all take time for ourselves today, let us each- stop- and say a little prayer for those that really deserve this day off!

As always- your friend,

Lynnette Stirling

I am only given the opportunity to have these businesses because of the men and women, and families of those, that make these sacrifices every day… Thank you- from the bottom of my heart.
